My Stripe account
At Colette, all payments go through a secure platform called Stripe. It is a trusted third-party partner with whom we work because we believe that each actor has its area of expertise. As a tenant, you have a Stripe account through which all your payments are processed.
⚙️ How does it work?
At Colette, an automatic deduction will be made every month on the credit card registered on your Colette account.
The deduction is made every month on the date of your move-in. For example, if you move in on January 15th, your rent will be automatically deducted every 15th of the month. Therefore, you need to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account and make sure that you have not exceeded your credit card limit.
As a reminder, we have a period of 7 business days between the rent deduction from your account and the transfer to your host's account. Consequently, every day of delay significantly postpones the payment of rent for your host. This is a point on which we will be very strict!

Please note that only automatic credit card deduction is possible on our payment platform!
We cannot proceed with a bank transfer as it involves a transfer time of 14 days.
🧾 How to check the amount of my next rent?
Here are the steps to follow:
Log in to your Colette account.
Click on the "My Account" tab at the top right and then "Payment"
Click on "Connect to the billing profile" to access your Stripe account
