🚀 Simplified tenant application: we do not ask for a guarantor or deposit. In very exceptional cases, some hosts may request a deposit, but this will be specified on the few relevant listings. We simply ask for proof of identity, a certificate of enrollment or employment contract, a VISA for young people coming from abroad, and a short introduction video.

📝 Administrative support: Colette provides a lease agreement and rent receipts.

💸 Simplified and secure rent payments: Colette monitors and manages rent payments directly to the hosts. We use Stripe, a globally recognized secure online payment platform.

🛠️ Insurance partnership in case of material damage: the tenant can request our AXA insurance to compensate their host. Below the threshold of €200, the compensation is the responsibility of the tenant. Therefore, there is no need to take out home insurance. But be aware that this insurance does not include liability insurance. Each individual must have separate liability insurance.

💰 Possibility to apply for housing assistance (APL) from the CAF: the majority of accommodations at Colette are eligible. Colette helps you with your application by providing all the necessary information.
