Colette does not handle the entry and exit inventory of the tenant. Therefore, we leave it to the host and tenant to organize the terms of entry and exit directly.
We rely on each host to oversee the departure of their tenant and on each student to leave the premises considering the next occupants! 🧹
However, Colette will take care of:
Monitoring the cohabitation from move-in to the tenant's departure
Payment monitoring until the last day of the lease
Communication with the tenant to ensure that the move-out goes smoothly.
Indeed, as the move-out approaches, we strongly encourage you to familiarize yourself with Colette's manual so that the tenant's departure goes smoothly.
We remind all tenants that it is imperative to leave the room or studio in the same condition as they found it initially so that the next tenant can occupy the space in the best conditions.
The tenant is also obliged to settle their payments until the last day of their reservation.
