📌 Reminder

At Colette, we have a 7-business-day period between the rent deduction from your account and the transfer to your host's account. Consequently, every day of delay significantly postpones the payment of rent for your host. This is an area where we will be very strict!

⏳ In case of delay in rent payment, and only if it is justified, you must inform your host and then email us at the following address:

👉 cohabitants@colette.club, with your host copied on this email.
