At Colette, we do not handle the move-in or move-out inspections. Therefore, we leave it to you to organize autonomously between the host and the tenant. The 🔑 key handover is done in person!
There is no particular procedure to follow for the young person's move-in. You just need to contact your host/tenant to define the arrival arrangements (time, etc.).
We rely on each host to welcome their tenant to a place ready for their arrival and on each young person to leave the premises considering the following tenant! 🧹
You can find all the necessary documents for the smooth running of your cohabitation (lease agreement, rent receipts, etc.) directly on your Colette account by clicking on the "My Bookings" tab.
