Depending on the type of rental contract signed, it is possible to give notice.
As a reminder, the rental contract is signed directly between the host and the tenant. Colette is not involved in the management of the rental contract.

To make all this easier to understand, we've drawn up a table to illustrate:
👉 First, go to your Colette profile. In the reservations tab, you'll find the rental contract, on which you'll be able to specify its type.
👉 Depending on the type of contract you have, here's how to give notice:
👉 You must then inform the Colette team by email at the following address
hotes@colette.club if it is the host who triggers the notice or
cohabitants@colette.club if it is the young person, so that we can update the booking online.
Colette will provide you with a sample email that you can copy and paste to submit your notice request. All you have to do is add the relevant information (dates, names, etc.) and send a copy of the e-mail to your host or tenant!

I am a host and would like to end my cohabitation before the planned date.
I am First Name and Surname, living in Town, living with First Name and Surname of the tenant.
