In France, as part of a rental, every person must have insurance (RC) Civil Liability (this covers unintentional damage to a third party in the context of private life).
It is therefore mandatory for each cohabitant to take out civil liability insurance. The cohabitant must be able to provide a certificate to Colette Club if requested.
