Colette provides if needed a rental agreement but does not intervene in its signature. It is therefore up to the host and the tenant to organize themselves to sign the rental agreement in two copies.
There are several types of contracts today when renting a room:
The standard lease agreement
The mobility lease agreement
The intergenerational cohabitation agreement
To determine which contract to choose, several things concerning the host and the cohabitant need to be considered.
The choice of contract depends on:
The age of the host
The age of the cohabitant
The status of the cohabitant
The duration of the rental
